Top 50 Women Forum launched on July 6, 2020 the Enti Kawya (You Are Strong) Initiative designed to spark a cultural change in order to end sexual harassment. It aims to empower victims of sexual assault to speak out with no shame, urging them to file complaints to relevant authorities.
In partnership with the Egyptian Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, the National Council for Women (NCW), and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), the Top 50 Women Forum launched in March 2020 the Women on Board Initiative that targets to foster an increase in the number of Egyptian women on boards of organisations spanning the corporate, government, and the private sectors.
The Forum signed a cooperation protocol on July 2020 with the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD), an affiliate of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). Under the protocol, 44 participants from the Top 50 Forum members have successively attended the Corporate Directors Certification Program (CDCP).
